"Diamond District of Desire" is this months featured painting. This 28 x 28 inch acrylic on canvas painting uses diamond shapes to create a whimsical daydream inspired landscape. This painting isn't confined to the front surface. All four sides feature diamond patterns that compliment the design on the front. The spring and summer themed greens, yellows and purples give this piece a feeling of freshness and renewal. I often work from memory which allows me to explore distortions and juxtapositions within my imagination.
